Application of pure iron rod in relays

 

1. Enhance magnetic field: When the relay coil is energized, the pure ferromagnetic core will be magnetized and generate a strong magnetic field. This magnetic field will attract the armature, causing the contacts to close or open, thereby achieving control of the circuit.

 

2. Improve sensitivity: Due to the high magnetic permeability and low magnetic resistance characteristics of pure iron, the relay can generate sufficient suction force at lower currents, thereby improving the sensitivity of the relay. This enables the relay to operate normally under weaker signals, reducing energy consumption and noise.

 

3. Cost reduction: Pure iron has a lower cost compared to other materials, which allows relay manufacturers to choose us to reduce production costs and improve the market competitiveness of their products.

1. Choose the appropriate pure iron material: Although pure iron has many advantages in relays, iron materials of different purities have different properties. Therefore, when choosing pure iron as the magnetic core material, it is necessary to confirm the composition with our staff based on the specific requirements and working environment of the relay.

 

2. Processing and annealing treatment: Pure iron may generate stress during mechanical processing, leading to an increase in the coercivity of the material. Therefore, we need to perform necessary annealing treatment after processing to eliminate stress and restore the material's properties.
